I’ve enjoyed working in the wellbeing sector and practicing several forms of creativity ever since meeting my partner Dan at Dance school. You’ll find us both at The Manly Osteopath Clinic.
Working with bodies it’s easy to appreciate the impact that stress can have on wellbeing and resourcefulness, and the importance of putting your own oxygen mask on first.
Creativity can be such an oxygen mask and this informs my approach to helping others develop flexibility in adapting to uncertainty and challenges in life.
Using experience in wellbeing, creativity and coaching I provide 1-to-1 and group programs to facilitate exploring your creativity and discovering your unique voice, so that you can thrive as a creative individual.
I work from 18 Polkinghorne Drive, Whangaparaoa NZ, online via Zoom and from the Estuary Arts Centre in Orewa starting 17 Oct 2020.
